Working with clay

I made a rose out of a small block of clay.
I chose to make this flower because it is a wonderful sculpture and a pretty flower. I used allot of clay. It took a very long time to make this flower. I got the hang of making the pattern. The clay when it was wet is was smooth. We made a lot of stuff to get the hang of feeling it wet and dry. When you pinched it when it was wet is kept on slipping out of your fingers.If it was too wet it disappeared . If it was too dry it went hard.

Term 3 Goal Setting

I am going to try to get better at fractions.

I am going to learn how to make fractions by practicing a little bit at some of golden time and at home.

I am going to know I have improved because I will be asking some one that is really good at fractions that I know.

Riding on a surfboard

One freezing day I rided a monsterous wave. It pounded down as I held my breath tightly. As the wave hit my body it felt like a crocodile attacking me. After I got smashed into the gooey sea I had to hold my breath again as I swam to get back to shore when I got back to the shore I was tired. I thought I was going to die in the sea water.
